Victory Station Rental Information

Looking for a unique and inviting space for your next gathering? Historic Victory Station at Five Points in downtown Belleville offers a charming setting within Victory Park—perfect for family reunions, baby showers, birthday parties, bridal showers, or small meetings.

 

Recently Renovated Features

Victory Station has been thoughtfully updated to enhance your experience, including:

  • Two private restrooms accessible only from the event space
  • Kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, and counter bar
  • New flooring throughout
  • Updated lighting

The facility is climate-controlled for year-round use and includes tables and chairs to accommodate up to 50 guests.

Rental Rates

  • $225 for 3 hours – City residents
  • $275 for 3 hours – Non-residents
  • Additional hours: $50 per hour

Each rental includes one hour maximum prior to the event for set-up and one hour maximum following the event for clean-up.  Any additional time will result in additional fees.

Rental fees do not include exclusive use of Victory Park or the gazebo, which remain open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis.

A $200 security deposit is required and will be refunded after the event, provided the facility is left in compliance with all rules and no damage occurs.

Facility Rules

To ensure Victory Station remains a clean, safe, and welcoming space for all users, the following rules apply:

  1. Smoking/Vaping Prohibited
    Smoking and Vaping are strictly prohibited inside the facility at all times.
  2. Alcohol Prohibited
    Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the premises.
  3. No Grilling or Open Flames
    Grilling of any kind (indoors or outdoors) is strictly prohibited. This includes charcoal, propane, electric grills, smokers, or any open-flame cooking devices.
  4. Trash Removal
    All trash generated during the event must be collected and removed from the premises upon departure. No garbage may be left inside or outside of the facility.
  5. Condition of Facility
    The facility must be left in the same condition in which it was found, with no signs of damage upon departure.
  6. No Wall Attachments
    Nothing may be affixed to walls, ceilings, doors, windows, or fixtures. This includes tape, thumbtacks, nails, staples, adhesives, or similar materials.
  7. No Exterior Signage
    Signage, decorations, banners, or displays are not permitted outside of the building.
  8. Kitchen Clean-Out
    The refrigerator and all cupboards must be emptied of all food, beverages, and personal items prior to departure.
  9. Tables and Chairs
    All tables and chairs must be folded and neatly stacked against the wall under the counter before leaving the facility.  No tables or chairs may be used outside of the building.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in forfeiture of the security deposit.

Reservations & Access

If you would like to view Victory Station prior to booking, appointments to view the facility are available through the City Clerk’s Office.

To reserve the facility, please complete the rental application below and submit it via email, fax, mail, or in person at City Hall. Your reservation is secured once the completed form is received, along with payment for the rental.

Rental fees and the security deposit are exchanged for building keys, which may be picked up up to two days prior to your event. After your event, please return the key to the City Clerk’s office in-person or by using the secure drop box located inside City Hall.
