Stevens Disposal & Recycling is the new trash and recycling hauler for the City of Belleville.  Priority Waste is no longer the contracted provider for the city.  Stevens will be switching out the waste receptacles for each household.  You will also be receiving a diffferent recycle bin that will be the same size as your trash receptacle.  All of the old small blue recycle bins will be collected by the city at a TBD date.  Thank you for your patience during this change-over.
